Prerequisite: 111 Thinking Clearly Part 1

The Redemptive Gift of Mercy e-course is an attempt to allow someone with the Mercy gift to see their design in significant detail, without having to defend why they are different from the majority around them.

It is important to savor the distinctives of the Mercy gift.  When exploring your Trinitarian design, for example, it may look mildly or significantly different from the experience of the other gifts.  You should feel significantly legitimized in your right to be yourself, after this course.

There are 37 assignments.  Each is accompanied by a video teaching from Arthur with coaching on how to mine your design and your journey.  Each written assignment will be submitted on the STC website and will be reviewed by Arthur.

You will begin the course in an exploratory mode, gathering treasures about yourself.  Toward the latter part of the course, you will begin to assess your assets in order to build a next-step strategy.  This is highly customized to you.  There is not a magic formula for how all Mercy-gift people should grow.

We all have multiple things we could work on at any time.  You will use the tools in the course to decide on your priority, then craft one medium term strategy for either healing or growth.

You can circle back as often as needed, using your asset list to build the strategy for the next chapter of your life, and the next.

It is a self-paced course, meaning you can do a deep dive in one unit and a shallow skim in the next, depending on where you are in your journey.  You may start at any time, and pause as needed for life’s challenges and opportunities.

There are no scheduled group calls, but if you choose to form a team of three to six who share your processes, you may request an occasional Zoom call with Arthur.  There will be a dedicated MeWe group page JUST for the students from this class, so you can query, share and celebrate with each other.

And no, it is not really suited for non-Mercies to take the class in order to find out about the Mercy gift.  This course is NOT an authoritative statement of how the gift should operate.

It is a gently-guided tour of the inner world of a Mercy, assisting you to discover more about yourself.  The exercises would be pointless for a non-Mercy!

The course could realistically be completed in six to nine months.  We are allowing access to the course for two and a half years, so as to give you maximum freedom to reflect deeply where you wish and to apply as you go.

You have access to the course for 30 months.

The cost is $500.
