Cultivating Trust Part 1

Developing Strategies for Intense Teams

Prerequisite: 111 Thinking Clearly Part 1

What is your finest Kingdom vision?   And how many people will it take to execute that vision?   And what damage will it do to the Kingdom of Darkness when you effectively execute that vision?

Now the real question.   What will the devil do to keep you from achieving that?   His single most effective tool, used throughout the centuries, is to damage the trust within the team.

And often, it is just tooooo easy for him.

Trust is an assumption in most teams.   We assume if someone is saved and has enough shared vision to join the team, that they can be trusted.   The question is, trusted for what, under what circumstances?

The nuanced subsets of trust need to be identified, and strategies built to GROW the actions and the emotions of trust in a team, before they are tested by fire.

I have never been on a team where the leader addressed trust as a component of community, much less stewarded it with wisdom and skill.

This e-course is designed to lay a foundation for that skill in leaders and followers alike.

Whether your team is you and your spouse, and your vision is to raise up some exceptional kids, or you are leading a team of many people assembled from around the world on a one-of-a-kind challenge, you will gain an understanding of the foundations of trust, and some tools to help each player on the team to become trustworthy in the area needed.

These tools will be helpful for anyone who is still active in community of any sort.   It is my hope that many leaders will take the course, adapt it to their teaching style, and teach it to all their followers.

This is a self-paced course which can be done in three months or so.

It is best studied with a small group.   For those in a group of at least three, studying together, you may request occasional Zoom calls with Arthur to discuss progress.   He will walk with you through the course, interfacing with your homework assignments.

You have access to the course for 12 months.

The cost is $325.
