Restoring Spirit, Soul and Body

Description

God created us in His image – spirit, soul and body. He made us good and His template in heaven for all three portions of our being is perfect. Our spirit, soul and body were designed to function together in perfect synergy and alignment. This course is designed for those seeking to bring these truths to reality in their lives.

Somatic education is a method of experiential learning used to develop and improve body awareness. In this course students will seek to identify their own habitual physical patterns and explore new non-habitual patterns. You will learn more of what you do and begin to discover what you are capable of.

Each week will include a somatic education lesson and private coaching call. Additional audio/video material will also be provided as required study. The recommended time commitment per week is 3-6 hours.

If you have a yearning for the immensity of God;
If you seek to bring wholeness to your spirit, soul and body;
If you desire to unpack God’s design and purposes for your spirit, soul and body;
If you wish to understand the heart of God for who you are;
This course is for you.

This course is currently in session.  It will be listed in the Course Catalog when it is available for registration.

Course Instructor

Joanna Lo

It is my deep passion to help others pursue the fullness of their design and to unlock their potential within. I believe each individual carries a beautiful, powerful, exceptional portion of the light of God within them and it brings me great joy to see such light shine forth.

I came upon the field of somatic education through my work in equestrian instruction. There is a natural congruence between the two, as for both, partnership is at the essential core. In this work, student and teacher come together to explore an individual’s identity and ability through means of the body.

It would be my great honour and privilege to walk this path of discovery with you, fellow adventurer.
